The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) is a sovereign wealth fund owned by Emirate of Abu Dhabi (in United Arab Emirates) founded for the purpose of investing funds on behalf of the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. It manages the Emirate’s excess oil reserves.
ROLE
Being a digital design on the project I studied the requirement of making an internal application (TriO) for all the transitions handled by ADIA. I designed the look and feel of the desktop application TriO and set it’s visual language. It was an application for windows which made it interesting and challenging at the same time. I rolled out all the screens need for development for this portal.
Chocolate Enthusiast
Inspiration
I graduated from Lasalle College of the Arts, Singapore, in 2015. The Singapore job market at that time was very tight and not that accommodating foreigners. Looking out for my first job, I wanted to stand apart from the crowd and come up with a creative way for self-branding in order to catch the attention of potential employers.

The Solution
Wanting this to be representative of who I was, I wanted to not just market myself as a designer, but also share an interest that is a huge part of me. Being a crazy fanatic of ‘Chocolate', I got inspired to create a resume in the for of chocolate packaging. The branding was a simple and minimal blend of my initials. Carefully, handpicking three patterns from my previous work, I chose to perfectly showcase three of my favourite chocolate flavours. The packaging was kept quirky and fun with snappy messaging giving away a part of my personality. These chocolates were posted to potential employers, allowing them to view the complete resume on peeling the cover.
